Alice Nuttgens Saddlers has been established since 1990 when the saddlery business began with myself Alice Nuttgens working mainly with saddle and leather repairs, when in 1995 I qualified as a Master Saddler Saddle Fitter.  My unique style of business concentrates mainly on remedial saddle fitting.  Years of equine and saddle fitting experience has earn’t me the right to work within this niche market where experience and the right advice is vital.

We have been an approved Member of The Society of Master Saddlers for nearly 20 years as a retailer and also as Qualified Saddle Fitters.  Our business abides by the strict code of practice that the Society requires.

We are based on Idlecombe Farm in Turville, Henley-on-Thames which is a working farm and livery yard, and is where the workshop is based.  The workshop on the farm is fully equipped to make and repair all types of bridlework, saddlery and harness.
