Idlecombe Farm

Let us introduce ourselves at Idlecombe farm....

Horses

On the left is Ria she is 5 years old and is Warm Blood cross Cob.  Ria is owned and ridden by Jessie. Ria is just starting her career as a show jumper.

Next from the left is Caspah who is also 5 and is 3/4 TB cross Connemara, Caspah is potentially an event horse but he is a lovely all round horse. He is owned and ridden by Lydia my other daughter, Lydia is also the landlady of The Bull and Butcher in Turville.

Then there is Emyr who is only 3, his father is Conner who is a Welsh Section. D.  Emyr is half brother to Caspah.  Emyr is ridden by Julie Rigsby who is an event rider. She has her own horse called Jaz. Julie comes and helps us ride the younger horses.

On the far right is Skye who is 4.  She is very special to me as she is the fourth generation of horses that I have bred.  She is also by Conner so she is also a half sister to Emyr.  Skye is ridden by Sarah Heeps who has worked for me for years.  She concentrates mainly on saddle repairs, and also manages the farm when I am away saddle fitting.

The second picture shows all the horses impatient to go so it says that’s enough!
